1 - General Terms and Conditions

1.1. The following terms and definitions apply in this document and the Parties ’relations arising from or related to it:

A) User - a capable physical person who joined this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity represented by him.

B) Site - Internet sites hosted in the bpnode.host domain and its subdomains.

C) Service - a complex of services and products provided to the User using the Site.

D) Agreement - this agreement with all additions and changes.

1.2 Your use of the Service in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
1.3 By using any of the above possibilities for using the Service, you confirm that:

A) Acquainted with the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Service.

B) Accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions and limitations on your part and agree to abide by them or stop using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to conclude an agreement based on them, you should immediately stop any use of the Service.

B) The agreement (including any of its parts) may be changed by the Administration without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Website or bringing to the notice of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

2 - General Terms of Service

2.1 The use of the functionality of the Service is allowed only after the User’s registration and authorization on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by the Administration.
2.2 The technical, organizational and commercial terms of use of the Service, including its functionality, are communicated to the Users by separately posting on the Site or by notifying the Users.
2.3 The username and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User’s access to the Site. The user is not entitled to transfer his username and password to third parties, is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the method of their storage.
2.4 If you get 3 warnings for - inappropriate behavior, inadequate actions, inability to clearly express your thoughts - we have the right to refuse to issue servers and services, as well we can block your account.

3 - User Warranties

The user is guaranteed to receive basic technical support and support for the payment of goods / services.

3.1 Refund Policy

In case of malfunction of the technical equipment through the fault of the provider / service, you can write a request for a refund to the technical support service.
If we block the server for violating the terms of the agreement, for example - IP addresses / s are listed in SpamHaus and others due to the user’s fault, no refund will be made.

3.2 Block Account / Server

In case of violation by the client of this agreement and / or legislation of the country in which the server is located, we have the right to block your account / server without giving reasons.

3.3 Server support

We only serve our customers directly from their accounts.If your server is resold / transferred to you by our client, and you contact us from an account in which this server is not listed, we have every right to deny you support for this server.

4 - Restrictions

4.1 On purchased servers / other products is prohibited: (unless indicated in the detailed description of the tariff)
  1. Placement of Porn content of any kind.(Allowed on offshore servers)
  2. Zoo,cp,anti-gov.
  3. On iphm enabled scanning and using non-spoof scripts is prohibited.
  4. IP spoofing is not allowed on servers for scanning and offshore servers.
  5. Offshore servers are not servers for scanning, ip spoofing and other similar actions.
  6. We do not provide a replacement or refund in case of violation of the rules, we consider other cases separately

5 - Notifications

Notifications for users arrive at the email specified during the registration of the user, or via the chat support service or ticket system.
